Winter, spring, summer or fall, I live, eat and breathe writing! For the most part, not a day goes by that some character doesn’t talk to me, trying to tell me what they see for their story. But, first– Let me tell you more about my own journey…

Welcome To My World, Everyone!
I’ve always thought the day my mother taught me to write my name in cursive as when my writing career began long before I stepped foot in grade school. From there my love of books developed with expanded reading in second grade to advanced English classes through all my schooling. And I always adored libraries whether they were traveling ones or in my community.
Years later, the love-of-my-life and our sons became the everyday world I embraced. And for years, I worked as secretarial staff for my local schools, educational facilities and universities. I was living my happily-ever-after to the fullest! But, for the record—my stories are NOT about my life, I’m just glad for all that fabulous research.
As for me now, I live where summers are hot with humidity and winters are freezing cold! Where one day, you’ll find me enjoying a cool drink by the water, and the next day sipping hot cocoa while walking in the snow. But no matter the weather, I’m always looking for my next happily-ever-after story. After all, I grew up watching television and movie heroes save the world and rescue the heroine. Or was it that the woman saved the alpha guy from himself? That’s why I write strong-and-sexy heroes and the women confident enough to love them—yet always wise enough to know when they need some help.
Nowadays, a lot of my time is spent on writing the next story, updating social media, and getting to know my readers. But mainly, I love spending time with family, friends, and my sweet-and-spunky rescue dog Daisy.
And travel is always fun! Love everywhere from the sandy beaches of Sanibel Island to musicals in New York City, from Smokey Mountain adventures to the fun, music, and food of New Orleans. There are lots more places requiring research on settings for my stories, so I hope you’ll join me and discover my world of writing!
